We clean the entire system, from top to bottom, from the fan to the hood. This includes cleaning the fan, ventilation ducts and grease filters while following the guidelines prescribed by NFPA 96 for fire prevention. Before and after pictures are taken and kept on file for 12 months. A service report detailing the condition of your system and its compliance is issued after each service as well as a certification attesting the cleaning service.
